Jennifer graduated from Victoria University in Bachelor of Tourism and Management in 2001. Since then, she has worked in both governmental and private organisations in Sydney, Auckland and Wellington. Since 2010, Jennifer has worked with Matthew as a Practice Manager. Jennifer has the passion for working with customers. She has worked in mostly front-line services since she was 13 years old. She also has a wealth of experience in practice management and business. You will often find Jennifer at the front at icare dental reception and will always greet you with a smile.
What she enjoys about her role being able to meet many patients over the years and has got to know them very well as part of the icare family. Many patients have continued coming some has continued their dental care since 2010 and referred all their families, friends and colleagues to us.
When Jennifer is not tending to the practice, she is busy with her active two active children - Harrison and Naomi. While still tries to fit in some running and yoga, as well as spending time with family and friends. She also has the love of travelling and meeting people from all walks of life. These days it is difficult for her to just go and travel freely, especially children and work commitments. But she had the opportunity in 2007 to take a 6-month break from work and travelled to 10 different countries. It was definitely a highlight for her to be able to see different parts of the world and meet people from different culture.
